I'm in the process of getting my peace officer's license reactivated,and I need to get the updated Texas Statutes and study for the state exam. On my requirements sheet has the website highlighted and underlined and out beside that in () reads Texas Statutes. I can't seem to locate them.

That's already answered but what else I would suggest is going to the Virginia College website to their criminal justice page and taking the mock tests they have listed. Some of them are identical word for word questions from the state test. Also don't forget about the CCP and Traffic laws, these are included too, so don't just concentrate on the Penal code.
