trust me, if your positive he's flirting with you he would love to hear you tell him you like him. too many times a girl wont do anything about it (expecting the dominant male to make a move) and it never happens. who says a girl cant express feelings do a guy just because it is against the "societal norm"?

Flirting is a good indication that he likes you. I would just ask him flat out "Do you like me?" Then, if he said yes I would ask him to go out some time. SIMPLE.

ask him out for breakfast and if accepts then it's pretty clear he likes you and you can take it from there
