This is going to sound really, really weird but it does work! Put a little bit of toothpaste on them before you go to bed at night. They'll be gone by morning. Make sure the toothpaste isn't in gel form.

I used to have just the same problem.
People used to say the stress of a big day or event you are going to, can cause more spots.

I never found a cure, nor did my doctor. However, it helped to use a none scented soap when washing, and rinse your skin with plenty clean water before drying.

Try not to rub the affected area with your towel when drying, but just dab it dry.

There used to be a product called "Clearasil Cover up"
It was in the form of a cream that you put on the spots, that dried to skin colour.

I doubt it will still be available, but there must be more modern products available these day's.
Have a chat with your local pharmacy, they should help and give you advice on what to use.

Hope this helps, and remember, you are not alone with this problem.

None of the movie stars use Proactiv. Jessica Simpson never used Proactiv, she used Accutane. They're just using her to sell the product. Proactiv is such crap, the Benzoyl Peroxide is so poorly milled that they have to put exfoliating pieces in it for it to be remotely effective. Just try Persa-Gel 10 and a little Noxzema, that will get rid of your zit. If the zit is still there, use a little bit of GREEN concealer under your makeup. I know it sounds strange, but green concealer covers up the redness completeley.

toothpaste doesn't work. that's a myth. try ProActive, you know the skin care program with all the movie stars?? you think it would be a scam but...it isn't! it works soo good. i have it and i use it everytime i get spots. by the next day, theyre like 85% gone, then in two days, they're completely gone. it's a miracle! search proactive skin care on the internet. a month's supply is about $60 dollars but it lasts me wayyy more than a month. GOOD LUCK:]

toothpaste, but if that doesn't work just use a concealer, it will still be there obviously but a little less noticable.
dont bother with oxy clean and stuff you buy specifically for zits, they don't work.

So i have heard urine is brilliant for spots, when your peeing put a cottonbud into your 'stream' then dab on your spot. I keep meaning to try this myself but keep missing the moment.
