AVG free is what i use

The best anti virus program is one that you will use.

Some people are too cheap to pay for anti virus protection and are better off using a free one such as AVG (www.grizsoft.com). Other people can download a free anti virus program from their internet service provider.

I use a security suite that contains an anti virus program as well as other features to protect my computer. I use Zone Alarm Security Suite.

Other antivirus programs from Norton, McAfee, Trent, and Compurer Associates are good too. It's sort of like the Coke vs. Pepsi thing.

The only important thing is that you must use one of these programs and keep it updated.

You have to buy this at stores but its called Norton Anti Virus.

*It immediatley tells you when a worm or virus has entered your computer files

* Its lasts for a year which stinks but its not too pricey
*Mine cost around 50.00 not bad for one year
