Just make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an extremely powerful effect on you.
Check out http://www.obesitykills.iconfessional.com . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he's putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he's doing it all publically.
He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.
Hope that helps.

I have been fighting the battle of losing weight for many years and have often asked your question. I have come to the conclusion, after much research, that there are a few components that need to be applied, as follows: First, do not rely on medications. They may do as they claim but they also most often damage something in your body. The first rule is exercise. Find something that you like to do and be consistent about doing it. I found a few good diets out there, i.e. the South Beach Diet, which is a low carb diet. Personally, I think eating healthy, watching your fat and carb intake, is the best bet. It is better to learn about the foods you eat and make choices - are you going to stop going to restaurants? NO-so you better learn how to make good choices for yourself. There is another key...keep eating. You eat low carb, low fat, smaller amounts and you eat every 2-3 hours. ( If you starve your system, your body at some point trys to maintain the status quo and will stop losing weight.) By eating and exercising, you will lose the weight. The other key is to be patient with the process and be determined about realistic and sensible goals.

Weight Watchers is a great diet, is safe, and most of all, it really works. You get to eat all of the foods that are necessary for healthy nutrition and you are taught portion control. Half the problem of those other diets out there is they exclude certain foods, and the other half of their problem is they are designed to take a lot of weight off quickly. The longer it takes you to take the weight off, the more likely you are to keep it off. Give Weight Watchers a try - I think you will be pleased. If you follow the diet, I guarantee you will lose weight, not feel hungry or get headaches, and your self-esteem will show a gain. Good luck!

The best diests are those that incorporate a sensible and well rounded eating plan that encourages you to be mindful of portion sizes. Exercise and water are also a must. My favorites are Weight Watchers and recently the Biggest Loser Club plan that follows the same program as the contestants on NBC

Try SureSlim ... you will have to pay for it though - though probably no more than you pay over a course of weeks at Weightwatchers ... they tailor the diet to you, after taking blood tests & a history of you & your eating habits, etc.
It does seem to work. My cousin is consistently losing weight every week - when on other diets the weight loss has stopped after about four weeks. It seems to be a healthy balanced diet too.
Good luck with your diet.

You need a diet that reduces body fat and doesnt deprive the body of vital nutrients.
One of the most reputable is on
www.foreverlivinginternational.com
It typically loses 7 kg (1 stone) in 30 days, or they give your money back if you arent completely happy with the result.

i'm taking Reductil pills as we talk. I extremely were prescribed them through my clinical specialist. They do extremely artwork, I extremely have lost 8 lbs in six weeks. They cut back your urge for nutrients. yet there are some unintended consequences and some well being prerequisites. notwithstanding i understand you could purchase them on the information superhighway i might want to extreme recommend that you in hardship-free words take them lower than clinical specialist's orders. notwithstanding, you may want to attempt a detox. That does help to shed extra pounds evidently and is a robust initiate.

I bought the hoodia gordini diet capsules. They're natural, but expensive. they make you feel full, so you eat less and have no side effects. I think watching what you eat with a combination of regular exercise is the best thing. Also watch your consumption of alcohol, as it contains lots of calories. Can't beat exercise.

The best thing I know of is the Cinch Inch Loss Plan. It's not a medication, it's a full weight loss plan. It's not like anything else out there because it ACTUALLY WORKS! http://www.cinchplan.com/wealth-via-health
