Caffeine itself isn't bad. its usually the things that contain the caffeine that cause the problems. Soda is probably the worst possible thing you could drink but thats because of all the sugar and chemicals that are in it, not the caffeine. A lot of diet supplements contain caffeine because it gives you energy which in turn makes you move around more and burn more calories. Caffeine could also be bad for you though if you take too much and your heart rate increases to quickly. Bottom line.. its not bad just be smart about it.

Everything can be taken as long as its taken in moderation...and its not posionous in the first place. Caffeine like any other drug I guess has myths of losing weight. I think too much caffeine is bad for your health in general. Why don't you do exercise, eat heathy.
People lose weight because they burn my energy than they eat. All you have to do is watch what you eat, do regular exercise and you will lose the weight.

Caffeine is readily absorbed and peak concentrations occur 30-60 minutes in young adults after eating or drinking it. High doses which slow metabolism down can remain in the brain between 9-15 hours.

well, i think it depends, if you drink caffine often, im guessing you might not feel muchh, because caffine doesn't affect your weight, it affects your body, like to be more awake. But you shouldn't drink to much caffeine. i saw on the news that if you drink caffeine everyday, you'll die pretty fast.

No, caffeine in itself is not. But the two sugars and milk in the latte are not helping.

Caffine makes you more motivated ...
however...
it also raises cortisol levels...
so it's what you do more than what you eat, as usual.
Research the Peticomb prescription diet.
