i know they turned in a chinese dissident and things like that.

but my "crime" was supporting that the language i use is spanish not castilian.

not now of course. since this place follows an english only policy my first complain (in spanish) was deleted as well

Sure, you could sue Yahoo. But don't be surprised when your suit is thrown out of court. As a private business, Yahoo is free to make its own rules, however unfair they may seem.

Yahoo is not governed by laws of free speech since it is a private enterprise. They can censor whoever they please. That's THEIR right to freedom of speech.
