Is water polo dangerous or not?
My parents dont want me to join but i really want to!
I'm built small,short,14,female,chinese

Waterpolo is a physical game, and with all physical games, there is a possiblility of getting hurt. The worst injuries that I saw while playing the game were a concussion, broken jaw, and cracked eyesocket(which was my doing, sorry about that buddy). But like any game, Waterpolo has rules which are there to prevent player injuries. Dangerous, no, maybe about as dangerous as soccer. It's an awesome game to play, and I hope your parents let you enjoy it!

ok water polo comes with dangers like all other sports
but it's still an awesome sport
in water polo you don't need to be tall or short or anything like that
you just gotta know how to play and how to swim
you should go for it
i was afraid to play when i first started but i love it and i'm now playing varsity for my team in sections

I don't think it's inherently dangerous, unless your the Hungarians playing the Russians circa 1956.
