Go to your doctor and tell him what you are experiencing... has this been something you have had for a long time or is it just your personally... if this is the way you are... shy... try and find a support group with this problem... again ask your dr. where to go on this... there are a lot of books on this issue that can help explain ways to deal with it... I know this doesn't sound like much help but there not much else you can do...
I am assuming you are young... so if you don't have an anxiety disorder... believe me as you get older confidence will build... hopefully you have a friend you could confide in that is maybe a little more out going than you and they could coach you into more social events... hope this helps ... good luck!!

Is there something that you like about your life? Focus on that. Do you have a hobby that you enjoy? Maybe you would have an easier time with people who share similar interests.
I am still shy and have a hard time with meeting new people. But, I do feel that I've gotten better. You just have to go out there... it's almost like practicing, if that makes any sense.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with you! Everyone is different. =)

Dont worry hun, it is something you will grow out of. Alot more people than you know are like this at some point, its something you get over once you start accomplishing things and achieving success in various areas.

To solve a problem you have to learn to face it. Do the things you're afraid of doing and the fear will eliminate on its own. I know it's easier said than done but it's an advise from someone who has been there and done that. God BLeSS.

life is very precious
there's people who suffer worse then u and me
they have no food ,clothes, shoes, water , family, homes and wish for a little bit of love
believe me i'm adpoted
lighten up there's many more yrs of life in u left
go enjoy life
go to the movies, dance ,play ur fav games

Read a self help book like 'Magic of thinking big' or 'How to win friends and influence people'. You are not alone.
It is not so hopeless as it appears.
