I know this girl at work. I like her a lot. We've talked about 4 times. Earlier this week I asked her if she wants to go out for coffee and she said it was okay, she'll go. She agreed to go out to lunch with me at the cafeteria today. She invited her friend to lunch as a support, who never showed up. At lunch she mentioned that she has a boyfriend. So, I am confused on what to do. Whether to take my crush further or just forget about her. Please give me your opinions. Thank you.

You could spend a lot of time on this girl and never get anywhere. On the other hand, maybe she has a boyfriend, but she's not all that committed. Why would she accept your invitations if she was? I'd go for it and stay close. Be charming, supportive, kind, caring, humorous and act like you don't care about the "boyfriend". Maybe she just told you about the boyfriend to see how you would react...to see if you really cared about her enough to not give up. Maybe you're just the guy she needs to cut loose from an only so-so relationship. You'll know soon enough. In the meantime, have some fun. (If you impress her, maybe she'll set you up with one of her cute...and unattached...friends. That's how I met my wife!) Good luck.

if she has a bf, back off, she should know how you feel and if her relationship doesnt work out she can approach you
