I use both philosophy "a pigment of your imagination" and esoterica face cream. They work pretty well, just make sure you use sunscreen during the day.
BTW you can find great deals on these on ebay as well

Yes, while it is obvious insecurity exists within groups of people who are of color, please keep in mind that some people honestly use skin lightening products to simply remove dark spots. Perhaps from healed wounds or an unattractive birthmark? This ongoing depiction of what people of color are doing being so negative is getting quite old. In most cases people's feelings are just a reaction off something else. --John Doe told Jane Doe her dark skin was ugly, which influences Jane to lighten her skin.-- Who's responsible? Jane Doe is responsible... Yes, this may sound selfish but I'm afraid if we keep toiling at such matters we might miss something out on life. People need to live and learn. We can't be there to hold everyone's hand.

You should read Laura Jefferson’s book "Skin Whitening At Home" ( I saw it's also available in electronic format +video: http://www.skinwhiteningathome.com ). After 8 weeks I managed to get my skin a few tones whiter and I also got rid of freckles.
The method she teaches in her book is natural, inexpensive, and is readily available in most homes. You could even find some ingredients in your own backyard. The most wonderful thing about the method she shares in her book is that it will help you whiten or lighten your skin pigmentations, freckles, age spots, acne marks, dark underarms, melasma, or your overall skin color easily and naturally without breaking your bank or producing dangerous side effects. Good Luck!

You just don't stop asking this question repeatedly, do you?
Your skin tone will not lighten up.
