Do not use cheap over the counter products. Most of them do more damage than good. You may as well be washing your hair with dish detergent. Chi make great products for straightening hair and one of the best flat irons on the market. I am a cosmetologist

I know people think that frizz ease works on your frizzy hair but I have used it and found it not to be much help if you are trying to straighten your hair.......but if you use pumping curls by studio this works to get out the frizzies....
I have very frizzy hair.....after you shampoo with a smoothing shampoo..........put a little bit of mousse into your hair and then comb it thru......then buy a good hair straitening iron (ceramic) that doesn't burn your hair.....clip your hair up and pull down one piece at a time to straiten....I do this alot....also found that setting my hair with rollers before straightening works best too........best straitening product to put on hair is by Physique...works great and hair looks smoothe too.

I know a product you could probably get at like Walgreens or CVS its called FrizzEase by John Frieda. Or possibly Walmart or maybe a grocery store who knows depends what kind of beauty/health stores are near you. I'm glad if this helps. I don't know about frizz much but it helped a friend of mine. : )

Get it trimmed every 3 months. Use shampoo that has silk protiens such as Vo5 shampoo and conditioner (theres a new one, plus it's inexpensive). Dove smooth & soft is a very good anti-frizz cream (weightless moisturizers)

I use Frizzease straightening spray, which you can get at walmart. It works really well taming frizz and keeping it smooth!
