"Chicken bump skin" ?

Question

Ever since I was about 14 I have had little red, dots, sometimes with white heads on them. They are on my thighs and forearms. Could this be what they call chicken bump skin? And has anyone had this and know how to cure it?

I would have a doctor look at them for a better diagnosis and treatment would be accordingly, good luck
