My bf told me he loved me. (yay!) Anyway, I really don't know if I should beleive him. He acts more like my friend than anything, and the only time he tells me he loves me is when we're saying good-bye on AIM. When I think about the moment when I'll finally hold his hand, it makes me really happy. But when we're together it becomes kind of hard to picture me actually holding his hand. I don't know what to do. Help?

Some guys isnt good with words, some guys thinks your suppose to know they love you, with out saying it, if hes your friend? be proud of that, Thats where it starts out. Be glad of that, Hold his hand & be happy, He doesnt have to tell you i love every min hon. Guys arnt Mushy like girls are. If he holds your hand & shows action, Please Be thankfull of that, Some guys wont hold a girls hand. Grab his hand for a change, Dont wait for him. just dont expect Mushy stuff from a Guy much, If hes your best friend & your happy, Take your time & dont be To pushy & rough or you might chase him away. Slow down!
You are way insecure and are over thinking the relationship and everything that is going on.
You need to slow down and take the relationship in stride.
If it really starts to bug you then sit down and ask him how he really feels.
But before you do that you need to be sure of your feelings for him.

Guess what? You don't feel the same about him as he feels about you, apparently. You and he sound VERY YOUNG, and you will both have many relationships as you go forth in life. This is just the first little juvenile one.
