Are they fixed/neutered? That may help. No matter what, take them to the vet ASAP. They may have a UTI, which would require medication and possibly special food in the future. Don't wait or you will just get more frustrated. I know how you feel because one of my cats started this a couple months ago.

I have a male cat who sprayed everywhere even on me! The thing that helped more than anything is when I got him neutered. I have 4 cats in all...one adult male, one adult female both altered and two kittens, one male and one female who will be altered with the get old enough.
The male kitten has wet on me while I was sleeping twice but I think that is only because the litter box was not as clean as he wanted it to be. You may need to have several litter boxes in different areas of the house until they get used to not spraying all over. I know that is a bit of an effort to go to but that is much better than the alternative! Good luck with you and your kitties!

1. Make sure the litter box is in a place they don't have a problem with.
2. Try some unscented cat litter and make sure the box is clean.
3. Watch them for a while and when you think one may have to go, put it near the box with it's front paws in it and start digging in the litter with your finger like a cat would. This usually helps them get the idea.
You might have to do this a few times.

You should get a cleanser (maybe it's more a treatment than a cleanser) like Nature's Miracle to discourage them from marking the same spot. It gets all the proteins out so that they can't still smell it.
Other than that, changing a cat's behavior is tough. Are they both girls? I thought only boy cats did that for some reason.

Both of them? Then its unlikely it's a bladder infection, although I'd still get it checked out. Watch for the signs of them being about to pee, and when you see they are about to pee. Pick them up and put them in the litter box. cats are intelligent animals. They'll get the drift soon. But if the problem continues, I'd check with your vet, and see what's up.

this may sound daft, but try putting orange peel in the places where they go after cleaning it. orange oil based cleaners are great for this. cats dont like the smell of orange oil at all.always make sure that the cat tray is clean as they dont like a soiled tray this will help also.

They might not like where you have the litterbox placed. You might try moving it. Some katz do this to mark territory, and if they aren't spayed or neutered, having them done so might also help. It really sounds like they just don't like the litterbox placement though.

ok, this iz kind of grose, but it works. try your best to get ur kitty to pee on a paper towel or somthing, then put the paper towel in the litter box, it takes practice 4 the kitty, but he'll get it=)

You should pee all over your house. This will mark it as your territory and your cats will stop peeing all over.
