and dont tell me roses and chocolate. i mean really, really to like me. we talk, and we laugh together, shes great. but i want more, and she knows that. how do i get her to notice me in that way? she loves me as a friend, and im afraid thats it. I NEED HER. its like that. I have to have her. i just have to. so me and her are on great terms, as friends. how do i get her into my arms?

Take your time and show her the real you.
I will tell you that desperation is the biggest turn-off, so if she has told you that she just wants to be friends, give her the respect that you would give a friend. Be strong, be fun, be supportive but most of all, be a man. If you need her, you are going to give off a desperate vibe and that will make her not like you at all.

If she knows you want more and is not taking it further she does not want more.
Shes is not a possession! You cant have her just coz you want her, she has a say in it too and she has said "no" in a non verbal way. If you push it you will lose her friendship.

i go to seneca and all people do around me is ask a friend to ask her out its works most of the time ...but she could think that you are to chicken to ask her yourself overall have confidence she might just like you back you will never know untill you try
