Honey, you're not going to find out if he likes you unless you try. Just ask him if he wants to see a movie, & make sure it's a "guy" movie.

First make sure he notices you. If you go to him and start flirting he might consider you cheap and you don't want that. So take your time and make good eye contacts with him, not flirting style but normal but deep look. Once he notices you, then wait if he makes a move.
It is better when a guy makes the move. The only thing you have to do is to make sure you are NOTICED.

Well, if he's free, then go for it! There's nothing wrong with the girl making the first move: I do it all the time! And, if you don't get him, oh well it wasn't meant to be. But if you do, you'll feel so much pride and you'll be much happier than wondering "what if". I say, if there isn't anything in your way, take control!
