What has that to do with the price of tea in China? The Bible might be older than the Koran but I know of cave drawings that are far older than the Bible and they glorify Nature and little fat women! Try that one on for size if you'd be so kind.

Sorry, the bible is NOT the oldest text we know about. There are literally thousands of older writings (mostly from Sumeria and Egypt). There are several dozen texts from nearly 10,000 years ago, before the bible even says the world existed :)
A better question would be: how can either the Quran OR the bible be accurate, when they're so old? Look at all we've discovered and invented since then...you really think that people that lived thousands of years ago, and whose entire world was a few hundred square miles, who knew nothing of nature, science, technology or any other modern intellectual disciplines got *everything* right? Ha, no.

Well, the bible is fairly accurate about chonology of events leading up to man's existence, but it is not a fact that the bible is a history of all of man's existence. There's disput about the accuracy of the bible. You can believe that it is accurate if you want, but then it basically means that you are asking a rhetorical question.
Now, on to the question: The Koran, is not, in fact, a history, as far as I know. What it is is a collection of Muhammeds prophecies, that instead of being history, are more lessons/talking about what will happen. In this regard, it is basically the same as the sayings of Jesus, and since you are referring to the Bible, I assume you are Christian. We don't say that Jesus' sayings can't be accurate because they are only 2,000 years old. Muhammed believed in the old testament, so he believed in its "accurate" history, and was simply adding to that history his own prophecies (or "prophecies", if you like) about the world, just as Jesus did.
In fact, couldn't it be said that the Koran is likely to be MORE accurate because of the fact that it is more contemporary then the Bible? Asking whether it can be accurate because it is only 1,400 years old is like asking if the theory of germs is accurate because it's only 100 years old.
By the way, I'm not a Muslim. And I've only read about the Koran: I've never read the actual text.

The Koran isn't accurate, and the Bible that explains how things came into being, even how when the stars were made. The thing that makes the evolutionists stumble is explaining that everything including Adam had apparent age even though it was new. Adam a adult man and not a baby. The world a functioning model with oil under the ground, ect. Since they can not explain the miracle parts the deny it..

that sounds strange. it's like asking how can computers be accurate because they are newer than the abycuss. the bible isn't that much older in terms of the existence of humans than the koran. i don't believe in either book but your question, as spock would say, is illogical

QUESTIONER, you are a lab rat. the church would be proud that the brainwash is complete.
the bible has been updated through the centuries, and wasnt written at the same time. every author has his input and spin.
the chinese have documentation going back further, and documented comets and events with more accuracy than the bible authors. the chinese stated fact and the bible stated fiction.

You mean like how the stars were formed just a few thousand years ago but somehow the stars that are billions of light years away are still visible to us? Yeah, the bible is very accurate.

If, by your logic, the older something is the more accurate it is, then nothing on the news can be considered accurate. In fact, that whole war in Iraq thing can't be trusted at all.

Well oldness does not prove accuracy . Infact Quran has all the past which Bible doesnt have and all the future which Bible doesnt have. Read Quran before judging it
