I have tried the one that ZeroCool gave and that is great. But try this one too...
Seven Layer Fiesta Dip

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
1 cup prepared guacamole
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped green onions
1 (2-oz) can sliced black olives

Mix cream cheese and seasoning mix. Spread on bottom of 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish. Layer guacamole, salsa, lettuce, cheese, onions and olives over cream cheese mixture. Serve immediately. Refrigerate any remaining dip.

Try this one

Bottom layer - one tin of refried beans (99% fat free)

Next layer - Combine 2 avocado's , salt to taste and a clove of garli chopped. Spread over beans as a layer.

Next layer combine a jar of sour cream with taco seasoning and spread on top of guacamole layer.

On top of this dice some shallots, and tomatoes and sprinkle some shredded cheese.

Trust me this is the best dip you will ever make.
