If God made humans perfect, then we would have no use for God. We are made in his image, we are not made exactly like him. We have free choice, and Eve ate the forbidden fruit out of temptation by the devil.

Because the authors of the book wanted people to feel guilty about something that happened so that sin could be introduced as a concept. But it makes the whole notion of being made in God's image, which God is perfect right?, sound really like either God is not perfect or the writers were not very inventive.

Man was made in God's image, which means he has his own will. Remember we are in the image of God but we are not God. When we choose to break God's law we are separated from God, which happened with Adam & Eve. Jesus died for our sins and he now offers us forgiveness and right standing before God forever. He is the only way to the father in heaven.
See bible, book of Romans chapter 3, verse 23.

becuase the devil came up to her and tricked her into eating the fritu. He was so good at manipulating people that he was able to convince Eve that eating the fruit was good and that it would bring her closer to God. And plus, being perfect has nothing to do with not being able to be convinced. Being perfect means that u don't do bad and sin. And once Eve was convinced, she wasn't perfect anymore.

U must remember women were looked down upon way back then. No Eve didnt eat the forbidden fruit. She ate from the tree of knowledge. If u think about it they are one in hte same. Knowledge of everything is bad in the way GOD is portrayed.

i think so. I totally have self belief that God is love. the uncomplicated nature or Love incorporates that it may be shared and it may be freely given. it is not actual love while it is compelled. Love is ultimate while that love is back. He created us in His image and likeness as immortal religious beings.... it is our authentic nature, no longer our actual bodies. yet on a similar time as we've been interior the presence of God it may be impossible to truly love Him. first of all awe might get interior the way, and awe isn't love. the different reason replaced into that, via fact the Bible says, we did no longer have the certainty of the two solid and evil. It replaced into for this reason that created the actual realm of our existence... to income authentic selfless love. We had to be denied direct wisdom of His presence via fact might skew the outcomes. right here we are uncovered to soreness and suffering, for how ought to absolutely everyone learn compassion, sympathy and empathy if there have been no person to experience those emotions for? right here we are given the thoroughly loose option to pick to do all the solid which jointly is Love, or we can pick all the anti-love (greed, avarice, envy, lust, hatred, and so on) that we call we call evil. If we are effectual and do learn authentic selfless love, God could invite us to Himself. If we are no longer effectual then i think that on a similar time as we continually could have God's love, we've so blackened our souls that we will no longer experience His love. that's what i think is "hell".
