Tootsie pops are lollypops (also known as suckers) with chewy candy in the middle (which is called a Tootsie Roll)
Graham crackers are a sweet cracker, sort of like a hard, thin cookie. They are good with peanut butter on them. Or we like to make S'mores which are graham crackers with roasted marshmellows and a piece of a chocolate bar. (YUMMY!)
I suppose you don't have them in Austrailia because there isn't demand for them, just like it's very difficult to find that creamy butter-like stuff (sorry can't remember the name!) that you guys love to eat here in the States.
Regional and cultural differences, that's all. I'd bet you could find both Tootsie pops and graham crackers in an American speciality store if there is one of those.

A tootsie pop is a lollipop with a piece of tootsie roll (sweet toffee) on the inside. A graham cracker is a sweet more viscous cracker--eats well with honey.

man you are missing out there are two kinds of tootsies well one is a roll one is a sucker. the sucker is a normal sucker with the roll in it. the roll is log looking thing that is a little chewy chocolate. graham crackers are cinnamon crackers not like saltines but softer and sweet. if you ever get graham crackers make smores. its a chocolate bar and large marshmellow inside two graham crackers and then heated until the marshmellow is sticky out of this world

Tootsie pops are flavored hard suckers that have a chewy chocalate center to them. They come in fruit flavors, as well as, my favoite, chocolate sucker with the chocolate center.
Graham crackers are thin crispy cookies. They are rectangular, resembling a cracker, but they are really cookies. They are slightly sweet with a bit of a ginger bread taste.
