Put creamy peanut butter in hair. Leave on for about 10 minutes. Then shampoo out. Repeat shampoo if necessary. The oil in the peanut butter is a good conditioner. If you are allergic to peanuts I don't think I would try this. Use mayonnaise instead.

I have brown hair. When my hair is looking stressed and needs a bit of nourishment, I mix up a batch of soft avocado, egg, banana, plain yogurt, and coffee grounds. (Wouldn't suggest the coffee if you don't have brown or black hair due to the possible staining effects.)

Leaves hair more moisturized and shiny. However, I find that Kerastase has the best deep conditioning treatments. (And you don't get food residue in your hair). You can purchase Kerastase from your hairdresser.

Depends on what the problem is.

There was a woman that would collect rain water and only use that to wash her hair.

I like a good cholesterol conditioner every three days.

Just give a normal hair care. once in a week do hot oil massage and a protien treatment. i fu like natural henna apply, it is a natural conditioner . These will make your hair excellent.

the best is take omega 3-6-9 fish oil pills and flax seed oil pills...but it takes about 4 month to see results...you really gonna see and feel it!

i have heard mayonayse works but its gross! but it makes it shiny and feels soft but make sure u leave it on for a good while and wash it out throughly!!!!!!!!
