shipping a cd to Canada?

this is the first im i am sending a package out of the usa..

its just a computer game in a jewel case.. whats the cheapest way to send from louisisana to canada and do i need a special envelope??

i tried reading usps.com and i guess im dumb all them codes made no since to me..lol

Use the post office, and use their special padded envelope designed for cds. I have had great success with this, and the cost is low. You should be able to log onto the post office web site and determine the total cost.

put it in a padded envelope, which can be bought for a dollar or less. make sure you tape the cover on the case closed, then go to the postoffice for the postage.

I have to warn you, the postage is going to be exspensive, I shipped a cd to a friend in canada and it cost almost 18 dollars in postage.
