I need comfortable ear plugs that I can wear for an extended period of time...any suggestions?

You can buy silicon ear plugs at your neigborhood pharmacy like Walgreens or Rite Aid. They are some what like silly putty and you can conform them around your ears so that they are custom fitted and very comfortable.

Get those foam ear plugs that you can buy at a guns/arms store, the type that people wear at the shooting range. They are very comfortable, disposible, inexpensive, and can be worn for long periods of time. I wear them all night if my husband is snoring, and I also wear them on flights.
