Well, if you are in the US and have a Cost Plus http://www.costplus.com store near you, you can go to their British foods section and pick up a tin of spotted dick. Always good for a laugh with your friends.

(Edit: if you haven't heard of it and you think I'm just being rude, see here: http://www.shopenglandonline.com/hespdipu.html . Source of a million giggles for us puerile American types)

I have lived in Costa Rica for a while and they serve Iguana Stew. I saved the recipe:

Iguana stew

1 Iguana
1 lg Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
3 Tomatoes
2 Green Peppers
4 ts Achiote Oil
1 pn Pepper
Salt -- To Taste

Make the achiote oil by frying the achiote slowly until the oil is red. 1. Kill the iguana by cutting off its head. 2. Open the belly lengthwise and remove all the entrails and the rectum. 3. Cook in salted water until the meat is tender (take care not to let it get too soft). 4. Peel and cut in portions. 5. Season with all the above ingredients and cook with about 1 cup water, until almost dry.

Soup Noodles in which you can any meat and any vegetable you want. I am Asian and that is what my mom & dad made for lunch. I don't know the name of it though because I saw my dad made this dish in which he would add the leftover meat we had last night (not enough for dinner because of too many kids) add the tender greens and boil the noodles , add chicken broth and you're down. You can do this dish with the top ramen noodles. I am glad I am grown. This was the worst dish I had eaten.

I have had mountain oysters and deer heart. I have also ate slop. If you want to know what slop is, empty everything out of your fridge into a pan and cook it. It can get pretty wild.

escargot (snails cooked in garlic butter).

They're actually pretty good as long as they aren't overcooked. Then they can get rubbery.

However, my dad was once offered pig's penis while on a business trip in Thailand.
