Legal immigrants are protected by the same laws that protect the rest of us. (occupational safety and health act) (Wage and hour regulations, both state and federal) (Social security benefits) (Workman's compensation and unemployment benefits) We don't have a need to pass more laws (and shouldn't do so) to protect those here illegally.

I would like to know as well, because so far the only exploitation i have found is against the Mexican people trying to get legal status, I've been trying for a long time to help my Mexican wife,trapped 1700 miles away from me in Mexico, its hard to get any service from INS OR NSA as they call it now, but please let us know of any good news on this exploitation thing, i wish Americans realized just what the real problems on this really are.

Osha and minimum wage protect legal immigrants. Since illegal immigrants are violating the laws to exploit taxpayers, they have a harder time complaining, I suppose.
