When I read, I sometimes have to read it again to understand it. Sometimes I get distracted with by my thoughts while reading and, I miss something important while reading.

What is this problem called? and how can I fix it?

you just have poor reading comprehension, or you have Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). I have a similar problem that would **** myself. When I was in the 5th grade, I did this weird FastForword reading comprehension program that for a few years improved my reading comprehension.
