I'm an african-american (a beyonce skin complexion for the best example), and I figured maybe bleaching my mustache would help it not show. Though, I figured with the type of skin I have, It would still show, or the bleach wouldn't help.

I regret shaving it, so I'm not doing that twice. I don't know if I should get a wax, because a shadow of the mustache would probably show as if you could tell that I've done something.

So what should I do? Is bleaching the best bet, or should I do something else?

Bleaching will show more your mustache, and it is harmful for the skin. Why do you regret shaving it? Shaving your mustache does not make the hair ticker. You can try shaving it daily (it will do good for your skin, as shaving is one of the finest dermabrasions) and let it grow a little to wax it just for special occasions, as waxing is harmful for the face skin too. However, if your problem is really huge, it is worth it to get a permanent hair removal for the mustache.

try sugaring. Sugaring is like waxing, but it wont irritate skin. It only sticks to hair. And it hurts less than waxing.
# Make sure your hair is long enough- at least 1/8 inch

# The sugar mixture has to be warm and spreadable, but not too hot! You don't want to burn yourself. Test it on a small portion of your skin before applying a thick layer.

# Spread a thick layer on the skin, with a special spreader or tongue depressor. It will harden very quickly so put just enough for one strip at the time

# Immediately apply cloth strip and smooth it in the direction of your hair growth.

# Hold one end of the strip firmly, and very quickly pull the other end off, in the opposite direction of your hair growth
Sugaring Home Recipe

2 C sugar

1/4 C lemon juice

1/4 C water

Combine all of the above in a saucepan.

Stir it constantly over medium- low heat until sugar turns deep brown(around 35-40 minutes). When ready, pour it into a thick plastic container. Let it cool down until warm, and spreads easy. If it cools down too much, you can put it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.

Again, make sure it is not too hot before you apply it to the skin.

No i would not suggest bleaching it. I would go for waxing and if that doesn't help ask a pro.
