we want to have a baby boy my wifes menstrual period started on the 26/10/2006 and will end on the 30/10/2006,want to know if its possible to know when to meet her for us to get a boy.

Try around November 10 or 11... I cant guarentee a boy... but according to the Ovulation predictor, those are her fertile days.

She needs to figure out when she ovulates then have sex just on that day- The theory is that boy sperm swim faster so they'll get to the egg first. But chances are still 50/50.

That's selfish. Just be happy with what you get. Pray that its healthy--not that its a certain gender.
