Eat mini meals throughout the day. Make sure they are healthy. Lots of lean meats, you can roll sliced turkey or chicken up with some lettuce and light mayo or ranch dressing and fill it with any veggie you like. Tuna on some whole wheat crackers. Any clear type soup, you're OK with veggie or chicken noodle, just stay away from the creamy ones. Cheese in moderation. Get some fruit, munch on grapes or bananas throughout the day. Yogurt is also good. For a sweet tooth try a grahm cracker or sugar free pudding or jello. Stay away from sugar and too much starch. And cut back on caffeine, that might be adding to your headache. If you have a grill you can grill chicken, burgers, fish, etc.. etc.. if you need too, get a little George Foreman grill they work great! And MOVE. You don't have to go to the gym. Get up and walk out your door and walk around the block. The more you do it, the more you'll want to do it. And your body will be Happy!

You should never starve while trying to lose weight. If you're hungry, EAT! Just eat right!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

don't call it a diet - call it a healthier way of eating and living

word diet means restriction which means u don't get satisfied bc u think of what you can't have, instead of what you can have.

eat what u want, in moderation. cut back on fatty things and if u crave something, have only a little, that way you are satisfied and still healthy.

i'm a plus size woman, been trying to lose weight forever. what helped me? i wanted a burger and fries, so i shared half my fries and half by burger with my sis. healthy? not quite. did it fill me? somewhat. but slowly i cut back and cut back. ... now if im hungry i eat fruit and veggies, turns out they're good. =D slowly and surely the weight is coming off. am i on a diet? nope - just eating healthier.

It sounds to me, like you have "Hypoglocemia". My sister, also gets this way, when she doesn't get something to eat.. And they say, people who have this, should eat small meals, off and on all day long.. Its all stemmed from you blood-sugar levels. And can also lead to diabetese,, if your not careful. So, if you want to lose weight, just go ahead and eat, just watch what you eat, and do this several times a day, but in portions, the size of your "Fist" , I am not kidding you will lose weight! Dolly Pardon, she used to be a very large, country singer, and she went on this diet, similar, to what I'm talking about, except her diet, consisted of making smaller portions, of her meals, and that way she wouldn't be tempted to eat all the way to the last bite, like so many of us, are taught when we were small. To clean our plates! Or "NO" desert, right? Right. Well, Dolly trained or had a trainer train her, to make small portions on her plate, and to not go back, for seconds.. And she has successfully Kept it off for many years! The reason I mentioned the whole "Fist" thing, is because according to the Medical Field, our stomache's are only the size of our fists..And so being that there so small, when we "Over-eat" we get all uncomfortable, get indigestion, and alot of gas, its all because our stomache isn't suppose to be having that much food...I tell my kids, that when we get low on groceries, before I go shopping and I'm too tired to run out to the store, I'll make them good enough meals to fill them up, and just enough that there aren't any seconds, left. So, when they say their still hungry, right after, they've eaten... I simply tell them, that its all in their heads! Because, they just ate, the food hasn't even hit their stomache's yet! It has to go through thee Pharnyx, then the Esophagus, then the Bolus, before it finally hits the stomache! Which can take oh about anywhere, from 10-25 minutes, to get there.. So, give yourself, either less portions, or "Fist's" sized, ones, or eat healthy vegeez, and whole wheat bread, with no butter, no mayo, dressings, of any kinds, if that'll will help! And definately wait, atleast 10-25 minutes, before you go for those seconds.. Good luck, to you! I lost so much weight years ago, eating just steamed fresh vegeez, and baked potatoes, with only salsa on them, (no butter), lots of small apples! Fish, or Baked honey chicken. For about one year I was on this diet, and I went from a size 14 pants, to a size 6 pants! Just do it Girl ! You can do it ! Smile!

He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.

Hope that helps.
