What do you think of English watercolour from the Romantic period?

For example, The Burning of the Houses of Parliament (1834) by the British painter J. M. W. Turner.

Turner is pretty good. Theres not much way to put his paitings into words however. but his colors, the topics he uses, etc.. are standard bearers for the Romantic period and helped set the course for later painters.

I don't know. . . i like that particular painting, but I think it's only for the vibrant orange.
