I've been rejected and you are right...it does feel horrible. All you can do is feel it and then move on. Whether or not he feels something for you is not important. Ask yourself why he rejected you? Also, consider that feelings alone are not what drive us in relationships. It is respect, trust, integrity, honesty, etc....are all equally if not more important than the heart palpitations and sweaty palms. When I divorced my ex over a year ago it was the most heartbreaking thing I have ever done. I loved him so much my heart hurt. But it wasn't about love. It was about so much more than that; broken vows, broken laws, etc...

And then recently I fell for my neighbor and he didn't even know I existed. We hung out all the time and I think it was just him being clueless. But when I realized that I was again heartbroken. I really liked him. But I am glad that it didn't work out with him...The more I talk with him the more I find out he has some pretty unappealing ideas about life and morality.

Anyway, Go have a bubble bath and a good cry and then get up tomorrow and grab life and hang on for a great ride. GL

Rejection is hard to handle. Keep your head high and don't give him the satisfaction of seeing you crawl back for more! It will only boost his ego and leave you hurting even more. Act like it did not leave a scratch on you when he rejected you. If he really still has feelings for you he will come after you. If he doesn't come chasing you this is no loss I know you love him but if he truly wants no part of you it can't be forced just move on from him. There is someone out there who would truly appreciate you.

oh yes i have been rejected to and does not feel good at all. so many things go through your mind when that happenes. your friend maybe right. he might have feelings for you still. maybe he is going through a tuff time right now. maybe that is why he rejected you. did he give you a reason or tell you why he rejected you. you could always try asking him again sometime. maybe his answer willl be the one you want to hear. i hope this helps you out in some way. sincerely df

specific, I even have; no, i've got not, no longer through fact each and every guy likes me (as that would desire to be absurd), merely through fact being a woman I by no potential made the 1st circulate/hit on a guy;) it quite is a guy's job;)
