I am getting my Lip pierced..And I dont want to hear its nasty or you'll look like a freak..This one girl told me it dont look good..but seriously it does she also said if your gothic and get it your ugly but goths are ugly anyways..First off im not goth but my boyfriend is and that just pisses me off..Keep your mean smart remarks to yourself my question is..does getting you lip pierced hurt??..I asked my boyfriend Cause he has it donee and he said no but he likes pain lol and hes weird..So Does it hurt??

Don't be so worried about the pain! They always numb piercings anyway, at least they should. If you've ever had a gum injection at the dentist then it should feel no different really, just a slight sting I assume. Because the whole mouth area is easily numbed and all. Anyway, I'm piercing my lip tomorrow so I'll tell you how it goes! :]

Hey I know you wont like my answer but here goes I am a lot older than you and I am sure a lot wiser.... I have nothing pierced and nothing tatooed, I have had many parts of my body pierced by accident and it hurts, infection sets in too and I had a co worker who hat to watch her daughter go thru 11 opetations as they cut out more and mor of her body due to infection from piercings. Looking weird is something I would do but I always choose to do something that I chould reverse and change at will, Think first the pain part is small the danger and all that goes with a piercing or tatoo can last a lifetime. it's the exact opposite of hurt, really.
does it really matter what other people say about it? If you think it looks good, then it does. I've had my lip done for two years and i don't love it any less when people look at me weird.

Yeah, i had mine done, and it hurt quite a lot... ...but i am a complete wuss. I would still say it was worth doing.
It wasn't as bad as getting my nose done, but worse than ears.

it doesn't hurt, it aint painless either...it hurts more to take care of it..u know the rotating of the piercing with soap....but you have nothing to worry about.

unless ur a complete FREAK don't get ur lip peirced and it hurts like, hella bad. if ur goth or emo and want to kill urself than go ahead. but if ur anybody else don't do it!!!!!
