and when I was leaving, at like 3 in the morning, she said "Well, I'm not leaving for another half hour" or something like that. It seems to me she wanted to go back to my room, but to be honest, I was feeling her. She was cute, but I didn't like how her costume was a dress, a crown and a sasche that read "Mis Diagnosed". I don't think she's a ****, but am I a coward because I didn't think twice into reading into what she meant?

That's no where near being cowardice. Dude if you'd have banged her just because she was offering that would have made you an opertunistic low life. You weren't attracted all that much to her and you bowed out. nothing wrong with that. Actually that's a very manly thing to do.
