I get like that too..i get dizzy and jittery and start to feel a little out of it and kind of crazy, my legs and my back get so cramped thats half the pain, i also could start crying the pain is so bad. Also i get diarrhea every time i get my period and i get bloated up as well. Also when I went into labour my labour pains were actually mild compared to my usual period pains..so its not abnormal since I have no abnormalities.

Why dont you start taking something for the pains...the dr prescribed me vioxx (which is now banned) but i find the best thing that works are anit-inflammitories, so mabye try taking soemthing like that. good luck.

Well, My 1st day-I'm very sore also!!!
Iget sweaty clammy hands, the dirrehea thing, and cramps out the cwa-zoo!

I don't think anything is really wrong w/ u, because usually the 1st day-everything has to "restart" and your body is raw.(NOT TO BE NASTY) It takees alot for your body to develop each month to mestrate, but if isn't like this the whole time you're on, then you're ok, but if you're still a little iffy, see a doctor, just to be sure. HOPE I HELPED!!!!

I looked up your symptoms and it's pretty classic for dysmenorrhea, which just means painful periods. It affects nearly 50% of women in there teens and early 20's. The recommended treatment is N-SAIDS (Motrin and Advil) avoid aspirin. Heat or cold whichever helps, a regulr exercize program. Dietary therapies include vitamin B6, calcium, magnesium, protein, and avoid sodim and caffeine.

Kinda typical for a lot of us . . .

Birth control - pills or IUD can help.

Ibuprofen for cramps

Sometimes, some vitamins/mineral supplements can help. Iron, or Bvitamins. Ya need blood tests to check these things, tho . . .

Is it that you don't have insurance? 'Cuz Planned Parenthood may help . . .

Good luck! I got spayed at 28 to end these kind of problems. One of the best things I ever did!

Maybe you should stop being so ignorant and stubborn because the problems you have seem really serious and why don't you want to go to the doctor, you can't afford one, who cares it's your health, and it is priceless. Please try a gynecologist who is specialized in your type of problems.

try taking to your doctor about forms of birth control because birth control regulates periods and makes them easier to handle.
