i met this girl on the bus about a year agoand im really into her; shes everything a guy would want in a girl and more....since we met we have been getting much closer, and we talk every day. everytime she walks on the bus, she gives me a huge smile and gives me a sweet hello. she always walks over to me and we laugh the whole time. we get along great and compliments me from time to time (which i return of course). however she keeps talking about cute guys she sees and know with her two friends.....ive asked one of her friends if shes interested but says she doesnt know but is willing to help find out. the other day she asked if i wanted to go to a party with her (i couldnt go cuz i had to work) but said i was sorry and said mybe next time. i need help figuring out if shes interested, cuz her friend is trying her best to find out, without acctually telling her i like her.......what do you think....do i have a shot or what

Well, I have to work that day but, why not go out to dinner with me this day? and then you would have been in there, but, maybe it's not too late, may be you should try to ask her out for a drink, if under age, you can ask her out to the mall for a soda or ice cream or something like that..............If you talk to her why is it that you do not want her to know that you like her?..................Just wondering................................

I know this can be hard but...just ask her. A lot of girls want to have the guys do the asking first. From your story it seems like you have a pretty good shot. At first she might be a little hesitant, because it is unchartered territory i guess or she could be relieved that you finally asked...Either way, there is only one way to find out. Have you been out on dates with her?...Just you and her? If not then ask her out on a date. If you have then ask her what she feels about the current status of your relationship. Don't forget to tell her how you feel too! Maybe do that first. Something like, "Hey, this past year has been really fun hanging out with you and I really enjoy your company. *smile here and look into her eyes* I like you a lot. I want to be more than just friends with you." You could stop there to see how she responds or just ask her after that to go on a date with you...good luck!

I think there is a high possibility that she is. Ask her out the worse she can do is say no. But from what I'm reading i highly doubt that she'll say no. And by the way you'll always have a shot with a girl even if it isn't her. GO FOR IT!!!! Good Luck Shorti241!

To say that you don't have a shot is definitely a lie. Perhaps when the right moment comes, you should give her an idea as to how you really feel, and see how she feels. It seems like she likes you too; it's always the little things that add up and make the most impact.

hey man.... i kind of had the same problem....

So one day i called her and just came right out of my shell and asked her if she wanted to go out. We did and we both had a great time... i eventually asked her if she wanted to i guess be my girlfriend... she replied with a yes... I say go for it my friend... and no matter what you feel or how scared you are (like how i was) you need to remember that the worst thing she can do is say no and be your friend. :)

Yes! Definately! You had me at the part about "talking about other guys"! My friends and I do that to ... I dont know why but we do. Shes probably trying to make you jealous! Go for it! Shes already technicly asked you out but you couldnt go so its your turn... ASK HER! :) Good luck!

if i were you i would just take the risk and ask her out. and if she says no she's not interested if she says yes then she is.
