Judging from your question - I think you're somewhere between 11 and 14.
I must tell you. My child is 11 - and from what she's told me this year (she's in 7th grade) and what I remember from being her age - I've realized that there is nothing on earth more stupid than Jr. High school aged boys. Very many of them are immature and even cruel.
1) "Does the guy like me?" He probably doesn't know if he likes you or not. And if he says he does, it could all change in a week or a even a day based on what his buddies say or something as goofy as what they have for hot lunch that day. I swear.
2) "Should I go tell him my feelings towards him?" You may tell him your feelings toward him - but be prepared to KNOW that no matter what he says - his opinion has NOTHING to do with who you are. Don't let him belittle you. Pubescent boys are very good at belittling girls.
I hope he is the exception when it comes to boys this age and that he is nice to you and continues to work on homework with you. That would be great!

1. Well, he could. But just because he looks at you doesn't necessarily mean that he likes you.
2. Been there, done that. And I couldn't have been more embarrassed when I found out that he didn't reciprocate those feelings. If you really want to tell him, then go ahead, but I'm definitely not saying that's the smartest way to go about things.
Talk to him a little and get to know him a bit better than you do, and then give a possible relationship a chance.

Some people just want to be friends, and think of this as one of those people. He probably thinks your smart and he needs some help at school. He maybe afraid to ask the teacher, because everyone will think he is stupid.
Sometimes its okay to ask another student. He took the 1st step, go slow on the Boyfriend thing, The guys should make the 1st impression. If it is a boyfriend/girlfriend thing. I wouldn't rush it.....

Start talking to the guy. You never know until you start talking to him. Gee it's so painful being young! Talk to him about the class, about the school activities, your friends, his friends, then broaden the subjects to things going on in your city and then world events. You can pretty well feel him out if you just talk to him. Ask him what he likes to do for fun. It's really not that difficult. Just be yourself and be friendly. I know you are nervous but remember this, "The only thing you have to fear is fear itself". Old saying but very true. Good luck!

Just cause a guy looks at you means nothing! Do you think you are the only thing visible in that direction! People behind or to the side of you is who he maybe looking at! But of course all 13 y.o.'s have this fantasy that they are the thing the earth revolves around! Sheeesh

1. He might. He may not. Try to plan like a little "lunch date". Then if he says yes then later on ask him to be you'r "Special Someone". He might have very strong feelings twards you. Maybe he's just hiding them.
2. I think you should tell him! But, if it doesnt work out, i say it's time to go fishing!

believe me i kno...when u like some one enough, then u start to feel like hes into u, and u start to think that he is starin at u and what not...but is it possible that there was a clock another person, the teacher or something else behind u?

well, I think he likes you, but you have to start talking to him.
like for e.g. you ask him a homework question (even if u no answer, pretend u dont) or dunno comment bout the weather.
u can also ask your friedns what do they no bout him and stuff like that. dont hurry with that telling feelings about him. wait for him to make a move. wish u luck :)

if you know he is not dating anyone just ask him out. then go from there. read tips on dating and more to help you on this site
