Stop worrying about the sign, and worry about the person. Him being sad may be his make-up. You can't stop any one from being sad, he has to help him self. He has to want more for him self! You just be their for him, may be he needs to see a doctor!

Be open and honest and just ask him why he is so Blue all the time. Find out if he likes you and just go from there, best wishes.
