Frankly, it is the only thing that makes sense to me. I mean what would expend the energy necessary to have us live and breath and go through this whole existence with just 1 view point and then die and nothing else? That just doesn't make any sense to me at all.
By now I am pretty much convinced of reincarnation - but only in that we come here to learn a lesson. When our life is over we return home, rest, regroup and return to learn another lesson. It could be in the past present or future and I think that there are some worlds where interplanetary relations exist and we can incarnate there to learn other lessons. In short, I think the physical plane is an educational set up and I think we come back again and again to learn and grow.
Peace!

I believe very strongly in reincarnation. I always have. As a child I can remember thinking how I would like to "come back" as a dog or cat (because life for them seems so simple) and not know why or the reason behind those thoughts. Through my studies of Wicca I have learned recently that it is not possible to come back as another species as I previously had thought.
Reincarnation provides a sense of hope that whatever mistakes we make in this life can possibly be corrected in the next. We have second, third, fourth chances and that is reassuring to me. Everyone deserves another chance.

Under evil spirits? LOL
I've been told many times that I have an "old soul". I think the only explanation to that is that it's been reincarnated.
Now, this is going to sound very "out there" to some, but I've had dreams of living in other times.
I never liked history and almost failed it once, so it definitely wasn't something I remembered from school. Nor was it something I saw on TV, because I don't watch these types of programs. Upon awakening, I noted all the details, and went on the Net to look them up. The map, the weapons, the dates, and the events were all ACCURATE!
(I don't believe in coincidences.)

My Open Mind Thoughts:
You can come Back as Yourself.
But not as a Tree or Animal so on.
My Logic:
There is no Truth in Satan.
Satan has to Watch what GOD Does then Pervert it.
I Mentally Agree that Reincarnation is the Perversion of What GOD has.
So GOD has the Original.
What is the Original?
You can come back as yourself.
Don't ask me to Explain anything Else about this, I am Still Studying it.
But, you Better get Saved (Born-Again) BEFOR you Leave the Earth for Good THIS TIME or you Might Not Ever get to Come Back.
Know what I Mean?

I like the idea of reincarnation, but I have trouble with the sketchiness around 'there are more things alive than ever before'.
Where do new souls comes from?
I'd like to think that some alien planet is dying out and we're importing reincarnated souls from over there.

Ummm ... yeah ... ok. Sounds like a decent concept for a (fictional) comic. Maybe have it be a collection of gods/goddesses do the creating, and have each one have a particular "favorite" planet, where their rules apply? I'd make it so that *some* of them DO influence what happens on their planet, maybe against the rules of the High Council or whatever? Create some differences/arguments between the different deities as to the wisdom of doing that. Maybe the humans/creations/whatever have the potential to become equal to the deities? Just throwing out ideas.

It is all beliefs that one cannot disprove. Despite all the technology and scientific knowledge our generation has, we can still not know what happens to our soul when we die; in fact we cannot even prove that we have a soul.
Reincarnation makes a lot of sense to me, but in my personal beliefs I take it even further. I believe that we might even be able to get reincarnated into different times and in different 'dimensions', who knows, maybe you can even wake up as you in a different time in our own life and not remember that you died. If your past changed your memories will change, so for all you know, you died yesterday and were 'born' again a minute ago with completely different memories, but all you remember is sneezing or daydreaming or having a nap. Maybe you died in a dream, it felt so real....
It sounds crazy, but reality can be this complex and we won't even know about it.

I'm a Reincarnationist. People understand what they're capable of understanding, but that's okay. Reincarnation doesn't require belief; souls progress at their own pace. The Essenes taught karma and reincarnation, and Jesus was an Essene rabbi, but mainstream Christianity doesn't want to accept that truth. If you're interested in the subject of reincarnation you should look around at http://www.near-death.com/reincarnation.html

There are alot of theories about reincarnation. Alot of them are attached to deeply spiritual religious beliefs and schools of thought. Therefore anyone who truly believes that someone is evil because they believe in reincarnation is narrow minded to say the least. We are the product of our forefathers and some of who we are is inherited from the multitude of people that have lived to form who we are. Whatever your religious, social or ethnic beliefs you can not deny the facts!

da chippy is open minded about most anything my friend. reincarnation is a most intrigueing topic. i have a book of little stories of these reincarnation stories, of hypnotherapists and what not. and theres a story of a girl named audrey rose (not to be confused with the movie emily rose - whos real name was NOT emily rose). about how she suffered form dillusions of a past life that effected her physically. she had died in her past life in a fire, and someway into her life (7-9 yrs old i think) she would break out screaming, and get burns all over her. she did eventually die from it)
