> The drive to reproduce or the abillity to reproduce?
Ability. Bacteria reproduce but don't have a "drive."
> The nervous system, repair system, or hormone system?
Probably repair.
> The termite or the flagella in its intestines that actually digest the cellulose?
I think you mean flagellates. There were cellulose-digesting protozoans before there were termites.
> The plants or the insects that live on and pollinate the plants?
The plants. There were plenty of plants that existed before there were flowers that needed pollination.
> The bones, ligaments, tendons, blood supply, or muscles to move the bones?
Muscles. There are a good number of worm-like organisms that have muscles that don't have bones, ligaments, tendons, or even blood supply.
> Dont you think this would require a CREATOR to make all the things at the same time, whereas functionable?
They weren't made all at the same time, so your question contains an invalid implicit assumption.
You've copied this set of questions from some Creationism website (I've seen them before). Rather than copying from someone else (someone who's an ignoramus, IMHO, by the way), why don't you think, and come up with your own set of questions?

1. need to reproduce, survival
2. without a nervous system no impulses get passed
3. the termite got better at survival by adapting.
4. pollen travels mostly by wind, that insects also spread it is a coincidence.
5. Protozoa do not have muscles, bones, ligaments or tendons they do however have a means of moving vital nourishment around
6. No I do not think that a "Creator" would make everything at once. Life is a work in progress constantly seeking a better niche or forward step. The Creator I see was part of the life process and evolves and changes with it.

The best analogy was who first fell in love in a marriage. Obviously, both persons had to fall in love at pretty much the same time. If neither fell in love, or if only one fell in love, there would not be a marriage. And that's what happens to all but one or two of every person anyone ever meets. But once or twice (maybe more) in a lifetime, the feelings of both persons develop to the mutual benefit of the other, and a marriage evolves. No-one denies that a marriages exist even though the love of two separate people must develop independently but at the same time.
You've made the standard anti-evolutionist mistake. You feel that because we are in the state we are in, this is the only state that ever existed. There were evolutionary steps that failed. (i.e. Look at all the people you've met, but not married). There were life entities and entire species that disappeared because, for example, the entire reproduction process (ability and desire) did not develop in synch well enough to survive.
By the way, God didn't do them in tandem either. He created Adam first, then created Eve when he saw he was lonely. So the God "created" the drive to reproduce, then later created the ability to reproduce. So why do you put down the evolutionary theory for seeming to lack synchronicity, but you don't you hold the "Creator" theory to the same standard?

Yes, you are on a roll. This is your second "part III". You can't even cut and paste these old weaseled questions correctly.
Reproductive ability. Drive is a functual of sexed organisms.
Repair systems exist in single celled organisms. Neurohormonal (they use the same chemicals) systems developed in multicellular organisms.
You need to learn about COEVOLUTION. The FLAGELLATES (not flagella) in the gut that assist in cellulose digestion preceded the termites. When "prototermites" evolved to house the flagellates, they became termites.
Plants distributed pollen by wind, but when insects arrived, plants that could attract insects gained a survival advantage.
Muscles evolved for locomotion. Earthworms have muscles. Various circulatory systems evolved to provide more nutrients to the muscles, driven by various "heart muscles". Tendons, ligaments, and cartilage came later (sharks). Finally, calcification of cartilage led to bone.
Since the various elements came together haphazardly over time, they are compelling evidence for EVOLUTION.

No creator, but my explanation takes longer than "POOF" it was so. Oddly enough though, my explanation also makes more sense.
If you really want to learn about evolution try reading the book "At Home in the Universe" by Stuart Kaufman, then "The Selfish Gene" and "Climbing Mount Improbable" by Richard Dawkins.

You already know the answer to this. None of them evolved at separate times. They all evolved together, yet separate, from one another.
No, it does not require a creator to make all of it functional. If you actually bother to read and learn anything about biology, chemistry, physics, and evolution itself, you'd understand why.

Evolution happens very slowly in tiny steps. natural selection, d adaptations are cumulative, one change slowly building on others.
It is not a "random" chance type of thing.
Evolution explains very well how things got to be the way there are. Using you logic, we had to be created...therefore something must have created the creator....

Take some college courses, then you will have the answers o all of those questions. Until you do, the answer is basically this: they evolved side by side.

Have you ever taken a biology class in your life? Or were you just ill the day they did co-evolution?

No I don't think so. Just because you can't imagine how these things have evolved, doesn't mean they couldn't have.
