go out and get the skip doctor, It will restore the surface of the cd and get rid of the scratch so they will not skip. I have never used it myself but I hear lot of good things about it.

Have you tried cleaning them. Take a soft cloth and clean them from the hole in the middle to the outside, never around the CD. There may just be fingerprints or other things on them. If that doesn't work, use a gentle soap and water and clean them again. This also works for DVDs.

iTunes has a special thing where if you put in a scratched cd it reads it and puts music(the right music) into the gaps in the song.
