Can you make mashed potatoes with evaporated milk instead of regular milk? Or would it be gross?

Yes you can,, use half and half,, 1/2 water to 1/2 milk. works good, I use alot.

I always make mine with evaporated and regular milk. It's delicious. The evaporated milk makes them taste creamier than regular milk. Go for it!!!!

Oh yes you can. I always do it that way and the evaporated milk only makes then taste richer.

That would be gross. Evaporated milk is sweet. Now if they were mashed sweet potatoes that would be a different story.

Yes you absolutely can. I have done it and there is no difference in the taste. (PS.....I think a lot of people on here think you mean Condensed milk....there is a difference)
