Okay....full details. I'm re-decorating my entire room and cant figure out what this is called....its like wallpaper thats into little strips and you just stick it up on the corners of your walls.
And if anyone knows...are curtains expensive at Wal-mart?

Everybody beat me too it. It's called a border. As far as the curtains - Walmart isn't that inexpensive, but there are other things you can do.........try sheets, they are already hemmed and have a place to slide the rod, you could maybe get them at a second hand store. You could also make your own. They are fairly easy.

They are called wallpaper borders. You can put them on the top of the wall by the ceiling, or you can use them as a chair rail lower down on the wall. This is nice when you paint the top and bottom wall a different color. As far as curtains go, Wal-mart is pretty reasonable, but Target is also, they have a real nice selection. Happy decorating.

its is called border paper it just goes around the upper part of your wall. You can get it in all shapes and sizes textures and the patterns you love.
