I can't seem to find any references in my cookbooks. All my recipes are for tiny little 2 pounders, but I need to feed a crowd. Thanks!

If making a 5lb loaf, I use a 9 X 13 Pyrex dish. By using this it will cook faster than in a loaf pan. I cook at 350 for about 2 1/2 hours. make the loaf so that it is flattened to level of pan, and within 1 inch of the long side of pan. For a great topping, I use 1cup of ketchup with 3/4 cup brown sugar with 2 teaspoons garlic powder. it should be the texture of barbecue sauce. Spread this across the top and sides, and finish off with thin layer of bread crumbs. Serve and enjoy!!!!

5 Pound Meatloaf Recipe

I make a three pound meatloaf recipe in a 3qt rectangular casserole dish. It takes one hour and 15 minutes at 350, covered. If you have a 5qt casserole, I believe it would still take the same amount of time, since it would not be any thicker than what I make. Remember to let it sit about 10 minutes after its done outside the oven before you serve it. This allows the juices to distribute evenly.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU5P2

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

That's a big old meatloaf. I'd do 375 for about 2.5 to 3 hours. You may have to cover it for the last hour. Depends upon how brown it gets.
