I'm having an emergency!

I went on vacation and because of limited bathroom space in hotels and being with 4 other people who need to use the bathroom at the same time as you do in the morning and evening--I didn't have alot of time to take care of my face!

Now, it's all broke out. Well, my forehead anyway. Bumps (not red bumps, just bumps) and red zits all over my forehead.

My "face schedule" goes like this:

Wash my face with facewash every morning.
Mid-morning go over my face with a medicated acne pad.
Mid-afternoon dab a bit of alcohol on my forehead.
Wash my face with facewash in the shower before bed.

How can I get my face back on track? It was pretty much cleared up when I went on vacation, now it's a mess! Any tips on what I can do to clear it up? I've used creams and things before but turns out I'm allergic. Any tips would be so greatly appreciated! God bless and thanks in advance.

hmm... you seem to be over washing your face. use the mint julep mask from queen helen and NEVER use rubbing alcohol on your face because it makes your skin produce more oil. try using tea tree oil it works wonders. and if you dont have time to wash your face then just clean it with the medicated acne pads. you could also go to a dermatologist
also drink lots of water and eat healthy and get some exercises

You have not mentioned a moisturizer at all. You should wash in the morning an before bed.Cleanse,tone,moisturize. Use oil0free,non-comedo genic moisturizer, very important. If you are trying to diminish oils from throughout the day you can rinse with water,i wouldnt suggest using acne pads, they are very drying and can actually cause more acne. I have acne prone skin. I use proactive line, but you can find similar line of products at the drug store. Just be sur eto use non-comedogenis,oil free products.

Arbonne clear advantage line with supplement is the most amazing. Alcohol can dry out your skin, not in a good way same with products containing Benzoyl Acid. You may be freaking your face out!! You want to make sure your products contain no mineral oil as mineral impedes the absorption of good ingredients in products. You can check it out at www.arbonne.com you can only order through a your own wholesale account. If you are interested in setting up an account let me know jamistansberry@hotmail.com

Tea Tree Oil...you can find it at aveda, body shop or your local grocery store in the health section. After cleansing your face put the oil on the affected areas. It will be a noticble diff by morning. It takes redness away and decreases size. I also will put a lil bit on my face in the am with my lotion. But at night I drench on. I do this when I brake out! Believe this truly works...It's a life saver!

Come on Pilsner, If the plane were made from black container cloth it might in basic terms decrease by the timber and no one will be damage. no want to apply your kamikaze helmet. there are likely more effective perfect thoughts than a wooded area of a crowded field (i'm visualizing something alongside the lines of Woodstock, not a sunny day on the park.) There are maximum continually roads, beaches, lakes, rivers (not that water is the suitable component to land on) something to land on. for 2 engines to stop something catastrophic has to take position, in a lot of situations it doesn't in basic terms take position, there is a few caution. i'd in all likelihood take the sphere, yet i'd ought to confirm it and the wooded area first till now I make any decision.

I think you are over cleansing your face. I did a beauty course in college. You should keep your skin care rountine fairly simple. Morning-Splash of water or foaming face wash if your skin feels oily.Moisturise with an oil free cream.
Night-Wash with foaming cleanser and moisturise again. And also if its sunny remember to always where sunscreen
Drinking water and eating fruit helps too.

It sounds like your are stripping your skin. If you over use oil controling products, your skin actually produces more oil because it is fighting the dehydration. If you use an oil free moisturizer at night, your skin may start to normalize.

here is my routine...which i find works really well! i usually wash my face with neutrogena deep cleaning facial creme wash....it does dry out your skin cuz it contains that acid they put in acne products. then i clean my face again with clean n clear deep cleaning astringent. it stings a lil but it really cleans deep down. then i use neutrogena 8 hour acne lotion. it stops breakouts and prevents them. these are really good products. and i hardly get acne when using them each day.

Get back to your routine. Or go get a cortizone shot from your dermatologist. Going to the dermatologist is always effective no matter what they suggest.......always have better ideas, they're pros.
