you should not have any problem finding child rights groups. children have more rights than anyone on the planet.

I am a CASA volunteer. It stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates. We are referred by DHS for certain cases and then appointed by the judge. But, in order for this to happen, DHS would have to be called. If you really think it is a serious problem and that the child is in emotional, or physical danger, then call you local DHS. If they get involved, you can ask them if your county has a CASA program and request a volunteer. Good luck with your grandsons!

Family Court can appoint an advocate for children to make sure they are being treated fairly. The advocate is someone not personally involved with the family and their job is to make sure their rights are not being violated.
