I have a lot of small small pimples around my chin area and they are now becoming darker spots.?

What should I do to clear them? I read somewhere that Proactiv is good but which product do I need? I mean what is the name of the product?

I used to get that. I read that using a phone and not cleaning it can cause that. So I started wiping the hand set of the phone with a clorex wipe every few days. It all cleared up

You might have perioral dermatitis, there is nothing they can do for it.
