I always read about there are no transitional fossils, blah, blah, blah...well here you go:

I know it may be hard for some to accept, but evolution is very real. The only thing even worth debating is its mechanisms.

trenz: It is a fossil of a bee that is wasp-like indicating its transition to our modern bees. What is wrong with you? Is there any evidence that would ever sway your bullish mind?

Transition fossil my butt. Why? using fact it extremely is not any longer truthfully one or the different? hence the sole rationalization might desire to be that that's a transition between the two? Why can't it merely be a distinctive species? Why might desire to it extremely is located in an imaginary time line? you could't say that an evolutionary rationalization of a skeleton proves evolution. i'm no longer here to argue that the attitude of evolution would not happen, yet for crying out loud, whilst are evolutionists going to start interpreting their very own stuff greater heavily?

Fundies? Isn't that like edible underwear?

Transitional fossils usually mean between species. Also, it is possible this was a now-extinct bug and not a link in the evolutionary chain. The problem is that evolution starts with the premise that evolution is true and then looks for supporting evidence.

I'd like to see some reproducibility. To me, that is what separates science from natural history.

As you can see from the two above me, it won't matter to those who trust dogma over fact. There have been thousands of "intermediate" fossils for many years now, but that hasn't slowed them down any in claiming there weren't any.

Personally I don't see why the fact of evolution is such a threat to christians. You can't prove god doesn't exist, and you can't prove he does exist...so your "faith" can't be based on proof anyway. Either you have faith or you don't -- having it doesn't mean you have to ignore facts about the natural world, make up ridiculous and illogical counter-arguments to facts, close your eyes to science, or anything else. Yes, it does mean that every single word in the bible isn't literal truth -- but anybody with half a brain has known that was true for a long time. Why can't they just accept that it was a book of moral guidelines for the hebrews, and they tossed in the creation myths that their primitive minds came up with? They don't have to be true to be good stories, or (like any other story to illustrate a point, like many jesus told) to be good moral lessons, do they?

I have no problem with people believing in god. I have a big problem with them lying to themselves and trying to force their lies on others -- which is what pretending science (and evolution) isn't real is doing.

That is even less hard evidence then Genesis!
Dude do you know how many insects there have been?
It is impossible to track to show a progressive change.

By the way it doesn't matter to me as fare as faith goes but it is bad science. God could makes us any way he chooses evolution would be fine as that goes but such huge unfounded ungrounded leaps are nonsense do you relay want to have your kids close there eyes to the wholes just to prove Atheism (which it does not)

Evolution is unproven voodoo science. It's merely a GUESS.

Look up the word 'theory' in a dictionary, it says it is a guess.

Life can't evolve from non-life, so that very first life form couldn't 'evolve', so it had to be created.

If a scientific theory is proven, they then call it a LAW.

But this is still just a theory, a guess, and still unproven.

Looks like Darwin has made a monkey out of you fundy-evolutionists.

HA HA HA HA HA

You're attempting to offer a logical argument from a perspective not accepted by those who accept faith as the primary element. Don't try to convince them and simply forget about their way of viewing the world.

I doubt you will have them rushing to your side. I can hear it now. "Proof that god exists, he planted it to test your faith, and you fell for it. Hahahaha - got you".
