Sorry guys but yes it is. I once was with a guy who was so small, that it looked like he had a regular belly button and then one of those 'out' belly buttons lower down. I say ONCE because when it eventually happened, I couldn't feel a thing. Honestly, you would get more sensation from using the smallest size of Tampax.
So sorry gentlemen, size does count, but the good news is that if you're inventive and know how to use your imagination, you can make up for it in other ways.
