This is a valid question, though stupid and easy to answer if you just look in the FRONT OF YOUR PHONE BOOK for a time zone map!

Yes and No.
They are both eastern standard time so the clocks don't change.
Although Atlanta is a booming city in every way, it is still in the south and things still tend to move a bit slower there. Except of course on 285.

No the two are in the same time zone. Which means their in the the same 15 degrees of longitude, so no. People ask me this question all the time just remeber time goes side to side not up and down.
